If you are concerned about the fertility of your bull, or want one tested pre-breeding, then we are able to do this. We have all the equipment necessary to carry out a comprehensive fertility assessment on farm (see photo). This will initially involve a full examination of the bull.

 

The bull’s semen will then be examined to assess motility and also to detect levels of normal and abnormal sperm. This assessment gives a good indication of the overall fertility level of a bull.
